1. Information you authorize us to have
Your password, username and e-mail address when you register for a Fakka account.
Profile information that you provide for your user profile (such are; first and last name, phone number, picture).
Your contents (photos, videos, comments, and other materials) that you post to the Service.
Communications between you and the Fakka team. For example, we may send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Note that you may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.
2. Parties With Whom We May Share Your Information
We may share your content and your information with our affiliates, and other third-party partners that are legally part of the companies that we are affiliated with. Our affiliates may use your information to help understand and improve our Service, as well as the affiliates own services. The Affiliates who have such authorities are trusted, and they will honor the choices you make about who can see your contents.
We may share your details, and information from tools like log files, cookies, and device identifiers and location data, with our trusted Service providers. Our Service Providers will be given your information to help provide the Service under confidentiality terms.
We will protect your identity, and share anonymized data with third parties. We may also merge your information with other user’s information, such that the data cannot be associated with you when we share the information.
3. Parties With Whom You May Share Content
Any information or content that you voluntarily disclose publicly by posting on any of our Services is accessible and can be used by the public, in compliance with the applicable privacy settings that you set. According to your profile and privacy settings, any User Content that you share publicly is searchable by other users. You can change your privacy settings anytime. User Content shared publicly can be re-shared by other users.
If you later remove material after you have shared it publicly, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages. If other users or third parties that make use of Fakka API have copied or saved that material, they will still have it.
4. How We Use Your Information
Besides the specific purposes we may use your information for, we may also use your information for the following:
Help you to access your information after signing in
Retain information so you will not have to re-enter it the next time you are on the website
Provide customized services – content and information, to users, such as online ads
Provide, fix, improve, test, and monitor our effectiveness
Develop and test new products and features
Monitor data metrics such as traffic, total number of visitors, and demographic patterns
Diagnose and fix technology problems
Automatically update the Fakka OS on your device
Fakka and other users may run contests, special offers or other activities and events on the platform. If you don't want to participate in a particular contest, do not use the particular Metatag (i.e., geotag or hashtag) associated with the contest.

Upon request, or an inclination that the law requires it, we may breach the confidentiality agreement and access, preserve or share your information – in the case of a search warrant, court order or subpoena. This might include responding to legal requests from areas outside of Europe. This will be done if we believe that the response is required by law in the said jurisdiction, affects users in that jurisdiction, and is consistent with EU standards or other internationally recognized standards.
We may also access, preserve, or share information: if we get an inclination to investigate, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activities; to protect ourselves, you and other users, including as part of legal investigations; and to prevent bodily harm or death. Your information and User Content may be accessed, processed and kept for an extended time, by governmental investigation, legal request or obligation, or verification process carried out to determine whether you are in violation of our terms or policies.
